Banff Advisors is a tech-enabled talent management advisory firm tailor-made for executives, investors, corporations, and their networks.

A specific part of the creative brief uncovered a truly fun take on a strong and confident “B” mark for Banff, and it boiled down to one interesting question: If your product were an animal (or color, tree, book, myth, food) what would it be?

Their answer: An inukshuk, an Inuit word that literally translated means “stone man that points the way”. Inukshuks are stone cairns that were erected by Inuit at prominent locations throughout the barrens to serve as guideposts or markers.
