Quite recently, we were approached by a regular client with a request to conduct a professional usability audit on his next project. We have identified problem areas on it, due to which the user could experience some discomfort and inconvenience when interacting with the site.

Our client received a ready-made PDF document in which the problems and recommendations for solving each page were described.
