Sprocket Android Onboarding Contact/Pay Methods

Made this somewhat unfinished set of pages for the Sprocket onboarding flow that lets people configure how they want to be contacted and paid. Turns out this was not the right place in the flow to block traffic with this as half the riders checking out Sprocket are looking to buy so they wont need to enter this information. I took this UX and instead added it to the already existing sale creation page 👍
