Clearly communicating the service offering

My client Oliver Perkins brought the name Brainovate to the table. Establishing a wholly unique name that suggests straight away that the brain is what is being utilised and innovation is the goal. He was clear that the brand was to build on this clear association and educate the target audience as to the nature and benefits of their service offering.

The answer to all our problems lie within

Brainovate believes at its core that everyone has leadership potential within waiting to be unlocked. The key brand decision was deciding to represent their service as a guided journey taken within, in a similar way to embarking into a maze, when the way is made clear getting to the centre is straight forward. This led to the graphical mark which represents a maze and a journey inward. Several variations of this maze mark were created, but delving further into the processes involved it was established it consisted of 5 key steps; which could be represented by 5 layers in the maze mark. Furthermore these could all begin with the letter C creating a memorable 5C process that led to the leader within and could easily be represented by the now simplified maze mark consisting of an outter layer, 3 C layers and a centre. Allowing graphical play thoughout the brand communication which educated the target audience as to the nature and benefits of their service offering and established clear reasoning for the now simplified mark.
