Caracal | Mascot Logo

Lions, tigers, panthers, and big cats — all solid mascot options, but when looking for a new challenge, lesser-known species are the way to go. Even if they share a lot of DNA with their more common counterparts, distinctive features and proportions like the Caracal's are perfect for training.

As a study in simplification, the "less is more" approach to logo design is typically a guide to follow, but in mascot logos, I tend to leave in a few select details — it may not be necessary, but I think it adds character and makes the final mark more unique. Ultimately form follows function, but this one's just for fun!
