The problem

After a satisfaction survey, we realized that customers were dissatisfied with the delay in service and indecision about which product to choose in the coffee shop.

The solution

Enter your text here...After some research with local consumers, we concluded that a self-service system in the coffee shop would be a way to improve service by providing customers with speed and freedom of choice.

The objective of this app was to make the customers of a Brazilian coffee shop place their own orders, making the preparation of coffees faster and more practical.
