Website Design: Reflexionist Re-envisioned

Reflexionist is a newly established yoga company that sought assistance with the initial stages of its business, including branding, website design, and user experience (UX). As the UX designer, I created a coherent brand identity and designed a user-friendly website that aligns with the company's vision and values. This case study outlines transforming the disorganized initial design into a structured, visually appealing, and functional website.

Understanding the Brief:

Upon receiving the project brief, I thoroughly analyzed the client's requirements and vision for Reflexionist. They wanted a brand identity that reflected their core values of mindfulness, balance, and strength. The elephant-based logo, which incorporates the letter 'R,' symbolizes wisdom, resilience, and unity – all essential aspects of yoga.

Website Redesign and Information Architecture:

The initial version of the website lacked a coherent structure and essential information, hindering user engagement. In this redesign, I focused on creating an intuitive and user-friendly website structure. I developed a detailed site map, ensuring easy navigation and a clear hierarchy of content.

Conclusion

The possible redesigning of the Reflexionist website is a testament to my growth as a UX designer, with a structured and visually appealing interface that reflects the company's values. By collaborating with the client and implementing iterative design processes, I successfully transformed an initially disorganized website into a user-friendly and engaging platform. Reflexionist is now equipped with a strong brand identity and an intuitive website to embark on its journey in the yoga industry confidently.
