Rentio Project
My personal project where i started with creating clear hierarchy of information and user-friendly navigation struccture to make it easy for users to find what they are looking for. I used clean, modern font and limited color pallete to create a sleek and uncluttered look. Layout was organized and grid-based, with plenty of whitespace to create a sense of opennes and visual hierarchy. I included high-quality images of rental propreties, as well as clear descriptions and details about each property, such as the location, size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I also included a search function to allow useres to easily filter properties based on thier specific criteria. Such as price range, location or number of bedrooms.
Rentio will be a platform that allows individuals or businesses to list properties, such as apartments, houses, or office spaces, for rent. Renters can browse these listings and contact the property owner or manager to inquire about availability and schedule a viewing.
Rentio also offer additional features, such as the ability to apply for a rental online, make rental payments, and communicate with the property owner or manager through the website. Convenient and efficient way for renters to find and apply for a new place to live or work, and for property owners and managers to advertise their rentals and manage their properties.
