Neos white theme

There is a discussion around offering themes for the Neos back-end. Since you are mostly editing content in-line, themes should be visually humble, so they don't distract from the site design. The default theme is black, so a simple white/blue combo should be a good counterpart.

The trick with themes is that they should be based on a standardized set of colors (e.g. $appBackground, $panelBackground, etc), while still allowing for many different visual styles.

Lots of details to figure out to get this right. If you'd like to help, Neos is open-source and very designer-friendly, so you can just go ahead and contribute as much or as little as you'd like.
