User Journey for UXers

In order to improve the user experience for the UX designers at a company, I decided to create a project that demonstrates the opportunity areas of the company and enhance all the actual processes that give a good experience to the UXers.

In this project, I used a Lean UX approach and made some hypothesis about what could be improved based on business outcomes.

Later, I made several interviews to different UX designers and asked about their experience in the company covering the phases from recruitment to contract termination.

In the end, this was the result of the user journey that will be useful in the future to make some improvements in different areas and also for new joiners to know what can be expected and allow them to give their opinions on how to improve.
