Norfolk City Council required a fly-through animatic showcasing a new proposed road infrastructure to seek funding from government to cover project costs.
As part of a team, I took animated scenes from the project’s 3D visualiser to annotate project details and location markers over. The result is consistent and understated style of motion-graphics which brings structure to the fly-through. The full video can be viewed here.
