It's vital to keep the user emotionally attached to the interface, even in the moments of fetching the data. We're too bored of skeletons, and we explored precisely timed 3D animation to keep the user engaged when the data is loading.
Also, we made some work on the simplification of the "Request" flow, allowing the user to seamlessly switch between the states and easily find account details.
