Design Library Concept Website

Hi, folks. Missed me? New dope content for you;)

For a new shot, I created a concept site called Design Library - an online digest of the historical periods of design development. And on the second page, the entire first period, called Arts & Crafts, is covered. It was inspired by the book 'Design. The definitive visual guide'.

As for the idea for the design, I built the content in the shot according to the principle of a modular grid. Pages consist of repeating blocks, so my main task was to arrange the content in such a way that, in addition to visual consistency, it also retained dynamics.

I was inspired by the magazine and book layout of the text. So, I tried to pay a lot of attention to typography, especially to headings that combine two fonts at once. For some letters, I added a more playful curly font but with the same mood as the main one. Of course, we wanted to focus on the content, so all other interface elements are made in monochrome colors.

Really proud of this one. Press 'L' if you enjoyed It, and leave comments. 😉

P.S. The photo and text content is still owned by the respected owners and is used only for visual purposes.
