Redesigning Analytics was the first project I got assigned to once I joined OpenPhone back in October of 2021. It started as an exploration that unfortunately got interrupted by more pressing issues customers had at the time. Nonetheless, it needed to be revisited and eventually see the light of day as it was not providing the intended value.
