Hello Dribbblers, I have been working on one solution which simplifies the process of Work Chat. Since we have a lot of messenger tools to communicate our daily work, the majority of the tools don't support the versatility of features, using different tools for work is what frustrates us a lot. With Chatpro(working title), we are trying to achieve a solution where you get a variety of features that supports your working style or process and can do everything in one spot.

Chat Tooltips

This feature allows the application to help users in different to complete tasks more easily and efficiently. Such as if the user is asking or confirming a call with someone, the tootltip pops a message saying "Schedule a call". The user either clicks on the schedule or dismiss the suggestion.

Events & Tasks

Chatpro allows users to see all the upcoming events/meetings and todo tasks, in order to keep everything on track and monitored.

If the user no longer wants to use the gestures, they can simply turn the tooltips off by navigating to settings > accessibility > chat > uncheck the chat tooltips.

Assign a task

If the user wants to assign a task to someone who he is chatting with, they can simply click on the "Assign a task" button showing in the chat type area to assign work/task to the person.

As soon as the user clicks on the "Schedule Meeting" in the tooltip, the system will auto-detect the user whom you are chatting with, and will be added to the attendees. And asks the user to confirm the agenda, date, and time of the meeting.
