Closing a sample tube and preparing it.

After collecting your saliva sample, remove the funnel and screw on the lid. Twist it securely in place, releasing the stabilizing solution into the sample. Shake the tube for 5 seconds, your sample mixes thoroughly with the stabilizing solution.
