Tobias (claim handler) receives an insurance claim and assigns doctor Eva to the case in the Claim handling system 🧑‍⚕️

Peter (claimant) receives a link in his mailbox to the Claimant page and finds an appointment information 🏥

Peter visits doctor Eva and has his case resolved.

Now Peter feels good 🏃‍♂️
