23. Pop - Divtober 2022

#Divtober is a challenge, through October, to make CSS Art with the restriction of only using one <div> tag for all the HTML.

For day twenty-three, the topic was "pop." A pop-art comic-book style burst with CSS! jumping out. This was getting more refined with the repeating gradient and conic gradient.
