Conversational onboarding using Intercom

Concept for a new onboarding experience for Vungle. Instead of an empty dashboard, or coach marks, or a walkthrough, I'm thinking of using intercom to link users to the discrete steps they need to take, one at a time, coupled with directly messaging account managers or dev evangelists with concerns as they run through them.
