Neon Sign Motion Graphic | Animated GIF

An Animated GIF from a new and improved Neon Sign Effect I've been developing for a while now.

I used Inkscape to create the vector frames for the Animated GIF Generation in GIMP.

Have a look at this alternate WebP Animation generated using the same method that produced this shot but resulted in a file with much cleaner gradients and a memory size of nearly 75% less.
