To create a better user experience with a seamless user interface with improved information architecture to increase new admissions and keep the design consistent with new brand guidelines
My Process
I followed the below process to evaluate, redesign & build a smooth experience
User Problem
The homepage was not pleasing to the eye
Lack of important information
(Promotions, School inspection rating, Academic Results, Curriculum, Fee structure, Learning & Activities, Parents & Student reviews)

Business Problem
As per the Google Analytics report Bounce rate of the website was 47%
