Drove the advancement of updating and expanding the overall experience by incorporating initial priorities and translating these into design mockups and wireframes for the building phase. This was a holistic exercise to continually iterate on the experience and designs for future releases based on our guiding principles.

Drove the initial experiences and designs by understanding priority user roles and user flows to hypothesize who is doing what, why, and how.

Wireframe Design: we collaborated with the Client CX/UX design team to define, and design wireframes.

Design was aligned to Service Now templates, elements, and components with different customizations.

Final wireframes were reviewed by development teams for technical feasibility and LOE.

High Fidelity Design Mockups based on finalized wireframes: with consistent color, typography, and iconography to give final form to the wireframes using Client brand
