NatWest Group is a relationship bank for a digital world. NatWest helps customers at all stages in their lives, from opening student accounts to buying their first home and setting up a business to saving for retirement.

Problem:

NatWest experienced a 28,13% revenue decline year-over-year.

As the market analysis shows users are more reserved with banking products. In the same period. Their expenses on retail and entertainment grew by 24,6%.

The new business approach is to focus on current users' needs: retail and entertainment occasions.

Project outcome:

Designed section is a new revenue stream driven by entertainment and retail special offers from a wide range of providers, and earn and burn dynamics.

The estimation is revenue growth from retail and entertainment sources by 15% within 12 months from a full launch.
