Classifieds App Process Flows
Process flows are a necessary part of the design process - it gives us an insight into how the app will work and helps us work out the best possible experience we can provide to the user.
The product idea we worked on was about digitizing the process of submitting ads for the classifieds section of newspapers.
It started with research and understanding how the process works in real life and translating it into a digital experience in the best possible way. To ensure we understood it well, we mapped out the flow for the main action of the app - the posting of an ad. After multiple iterations, we zeroed in on a flow we found, which gave a seamless Ad posting experience.
