Socialitics is a tool that helps track advertising campaigns. By using this, businesses can reach more audiences to succeed with their campaigns.
The challenge
We needed to build a platform that shows business users statistics about their campaigns. The logged business user can see on which channels the campaign is improving. The person who handles running the campaign also has access to the statistics. Users can only see the information on their channel and running campaigns.
The solution
The proposed dashboard is easy to perceive. The user can expand details by clicking on the functions behind the icons while hovering over the indicators with data.
The project consists of two dashboards, in which different charts are present.
The first dashboard is about the metrics of the selected campaigns. It includes rankings of top campaigns, channels, posts, and active users running the campaigns.
The second dashboard focuses on a few campaigns that the user can filter. User can compare different campaigns and sees their details.
The subpage also includes a heat map where users can see and compare engagements by time and date.
Services provided
As a design team, we had involved in both UX and UI. We managed to conduct a workshop with the client, do a benchmark, prepare wireframes and prototypes for user testing. In terms of UI, we also created a style guide and a design system.
