Workwinz is a user-friendly rewarding platform that enables a quick and easy motivation and rewarding in the work team. The app was developed to adapt to the needs of employees, the application makes recognising and motivating employees instant, uncomplicated, and effortless.
The main goal was to create an application that leaves an impression of lightness and playfulness. Using it should be simple and fun. I decided to add playful illustrations to better show the advantages of using the app for companies.

Once usability testing was done and final corrections were applied I started to work on the visual design aspect of the product.
About 30+ screens were created to outline product features and user interactions
The landing page is an important place in the journey that determines the perception of and feeling about a brand. That’s why Workwinz’s landing page is shaped into a story that aims to convincing visitors to advantages of using application.
