A Magic Time of Year

I've had the opportunity for many years now to create visuals for our annual charity events at Microsoft. This year is a general magic theme, so I took the opportunity to do a mix of type, tarot card and of course some cartoony looking characters.

Preview slide for early presentation. Shout out to Tan Type Co for the amazing fonts. Used some of their best, with some flair for the 'GIVE' of course. I'll share the other creatures as they are created.

Here's the original color, I usually start with a more simple set of colors before I shift, mask, overlay, bloom, and shift things over and over until I like them...haha.
