As a big application in Indonesia especially in electricity, PLN Mobile has an feature called Listriqu. Listriqu feature its not really seen in PLN Mobile and many users not interested to click the Listriqu feature. So what we do to solve this problems?

Information architecture

The application need a rework on the first interaction when users clicking

the feature. For solving this problem, we decided to let the users enter the

details of Listriqu feature

Designing the details

Inside Listriqu feature, we solved the problem by giving the users to having

an experience inside the feature and users can get to know the Listriqu
