The Timeline is a one-stop source for key customer activities such as Updates, Calls, Meetings, Emails, Milestones, and note-taking during or after a customer interaction. Here in the newly enhanced C360 Timeline, CSMs has the ability to filter out the most critical emails and to view one activity - per JO program, per company, per email title with all recipients mentioned.
