City Dance Studio is a creative space based in the heart of San Francisco. I partnered with them to redesign their website to prioritize renting their space, marketing their events, and acquiring new students.

Transforming a studio into an event space

City Dance organizes performances every few months, but the space is available for other businesses to use for events. I integrated an event culture into the website, so people don’t only think of City Dance as solely a dance studio.

Streamlining the rental process

City Dance was plagued with long email threads about pricing, room details, availability, and rules, regarding renting space. I provided a potential renter with all the info they need before sending an inquiry.

Allowing new students to make informed decisions

Taking a dance class can be a stressful experience; teacher portfolios will help students get into a suitable class the first time.

Currently Testing

I am currently user testing the product to see what changes need to be implemented to make the website as efficient as possible. Once testing is finished I will be adding the results and steps forward.
