I was part of the creative team commissioned by the Smithsonian Institute to create this graphic novel series for young adults.

I was in charge of lettering and layout, which was a fun new challenge! I learned a lot along the way from the incomparable Lee Nielsen, who created all the artwork in the series.

It was pretty surreal to see the books in the bookstore, and a thrill to work with such an impressive, important institution as the Smithsonian.
