CARE - AI-powered support agent platform

The Challenge

Design a user-friendly and easy-to-use digital platform for AirCanada customer support agents that would integrate with its AI-powered customer-engagement application.

The Outcome

The UVIO team took part in multiple user-research sessions and defined general user stories and pain points in support agents daily routines.

The UX design stage allowed us to identify the most appropriate page layouts and make sure that all of the important data would be easily accessible to support agents.

During the UI design stage, we created a simple and minimalistic design system, organically merging AI functionality with the platform's layout.
