Dappa; Opt-in for dApp notifications

Imagine being able to find a bunch of dApps and opt in to get notifications from the ones you like. Well stop imagining and see how Dappa works!

Its a notification system that users can opt-in with a public address and signature. They would be able to tie it together with their Discord or Email for when certain states/events on-chain occur.
