O2tv series landing page redesign

I redesigned the O2tv series website. I downloaded series from this website years back. But I noticed that due to some reasons this site does not receive traffic as much as it used to.

1. People want to see the poster of a movie before they go ahead to think of downloading it.

2. There are deceptive UX patterns, when a user clicks on the title of a movie, the user gets redirected to an ad. This can be frustrating, and many movie websites use this pattern to generate more income for themselves and not put the user first.
