This is a landing page idea for a real estate website that can provide high-quality and relevant home listings, making the process of buying a home significantly easier.

As of today, there exist platforms such as Zillow, Orchard, Redfin, and Better.com, that provide a similar service. The internet has dramatically increased the speed of shopping for homes. Similar to 2020, homebuyers in 2021 and at the start of 2022 spent only eight weeks looking for homes before buying. On average, they looked at a median of nine homes, but buyers aged 31 to 55 viewed a median of 10 homes.

The focus here was to create a minimal and easy-to-understand design, that is able to provide specific and relevant searches when it comes to buying a home. Is the area safe? Does the neighborhood flood? Are there any schools nearby? These questions and more are crucial to ask when relocating, so from there stems the idea to create a platform that answers them all in one place.
