I'm taking up the challenge to join the Daily UI Design😊

My first task is to create a sign up page, modal, form, or app screen related to signing up for something. It could be for a volunteer event, contest registration, a giveaway, etc.

Sharing my first UI sign up for Pawssion Project. I'm inspired to their advocacy to rescue the stray dogs and cats, helping them to have their forever home❤️
