"Put Skin in the Game" is more of a statement logo and the design direction derives from the meaning behind it. It's illustrated with a knuckled hand symbol and each word conforms to it. It tells of a motivated working group to be their best at work, be creative, and be more productive. The symbol embodies all of it with regard to their differences in their culture, color, race, etc... stated by each color used in the logo.
