Artéria is the new community journalism project about life in the city of Lisbon, produced by PÚBLICO in partnership with Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa.
Community because it speaks of this immense community and is made by the people who make it up.
Carried out by volunteers, under the coordination of journalists, it will exist mainly digitally, hosted on the PÚBLICO website (publico.pt), but will also have a printed version, to be distributed bimonthly with the newspaper. It aims to showcase the best that people can do for the neighbourhoods, streets and parishes where they live, when they mobilize to do so.
The focus will be on the street. The privileged way of achieving this will be through reportage.
Quental Studio, together with Publico and Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, is opening its doors to Lisbon with Artéria. 🚋
