VOLER - to fly

This was about 45 minutes in Photoshop. Rarely do I need reference but in this case (especially when working with and animating human anatomy) it's important to film or photograph yourself and go back to it as you work to make sure you're hitting the performance/anatomy correctly.

I thought I needed only 3 frames (UP, DOWN, and MIDDLE) but I ended up needing another couple: one for the passing down and one for the breakdown up.

Normally I animate in 200x200, once I finish I will change canvas size to 400x300 and export it. This time, however, I took my extremes (the hands at the bottom of the cycle, and at the top of the cycle) and moved them up considerably more. Immediately it felt better.
