US Insurance Policy - Chatbot

Junior Designer on a team that designed a chatbot experience that allows customers to provide documents, photos and information via a chat interface and get an accurate quote and proposal to provide life insurance coverage. The journey involved asking personal health questions and using a scoring algorithm to determine the level of cover that would be available and the premium cost to the customer. The development of the chatbot is still underway.
