Money Transfers Benchmark Report

I was lead researcher to develop a Money Transfer Benchmark Report for a large banking client. The project involved researching user journey's for popular Fintech apps such as TransferWise, Venmo and N26 to evaluate and understand the user experience when transferring money internationally. The aim was to redesign a new process that would simplify the experience as much as possible but provide transparency to the customer on the exchange rate, any fees, and the time it would take for the money to reach the beneficiary account. I was then responsible for designing the detailed user flows for the same feature in the clients existing mobile app, and working with the design team to wireframe these journeys.
