FAB Chatbot

In 2017 we were invited by FAB to make a Prototype for a Banking chatbot that would sit inside their Mobile Banking application. After having a successful testing period internally and with a usability test group they decided to include our chatbot design in the FAB Mobile Banking as a wow factor. The natural language of the chatbot and intuitive interface were key to the success and we designed the journeys around the following features:

Products information

Apply for products (Lead Generation)

Transfer Money

Pay Bills
