Dali Onboarding Screens

If your product welcome page design doesn’t do its job, those users are bolting out of that door (or gate) faster than you can say "customer retention." Friction in a new user onboarding experience is the quickest way to get people to abandon the app. Friction can occur at a number of points in the onboarding experience.

A successful customer onboarding process will solve that problem by educating your customers and showing them how to get maximum value from using it.

Here is the onboarding flow I designed for Dali to keep minimal, frictionless and personalised.
