The Lucha Masks NFT Collection.

I'm very excited to finally show you guys this cool nft project in collaboration with MaskedRepublic that took us more than two months to finish.

Me and my brother Milad worked together on this project and we handled the 3D design aspects, from modeling & character design to shading & texture paint.

The Hardest part for us was sculpting the main body, since it was a new experience for us, it took us a little bit to figure out and make a body that the team liked.

The design of the masks are based on real world luchador wrestlers' masks. their parts (eyes, mouth, faceplate) are also made in way to be able to mix together for the generative aspect.

we also made some cool traits for the body (wrist band, tattoos, t-shirts, capes). so when all of the body(70+) and mask(120+) traits are mixed together with different colors we'll have about 10,000 unique luchador nft characters.
