This is a kit to promote the feeling of calmness. It can be given to a workforce in an onboarding process, a college at the beginning of a program or final semester, a group or family experiencing a tough time, or to anyone that needs a gentle nudge to feel at ease. I was required to make everything in the kit total to 15 dollars or less, including the package itself.
