Brooklyn Jax WIP

Ok, guys. Need your help on this lettering for an up and coming neighborhood in Jacksonville. I know I need to rework the "JAX" area (totally not working but not sure what else to try). And I'm wondering if the line under the word is even necessary. Eh? Honest, constructive criticism would be awesome. Thanks!
