Wireframe / UX Exploration for CRM
For a financial institution, I worked on exploring a number of UX concepts for a CRM redesign. This was quite an interesting UX challenge due to a number of reasons: many diverse stakeholders and workflows, complicated UX requirements as well as severe technical limitations.
It put my skillset to the test, but ultimately it worked out well and it was one of the most interesting challenges I've experienced to date!
