Kindertales is an app for childcare experience. After my daughter attended daycare here in Toronto and I had the chance to use the app, I found a couple of missing features that could make it a little easy for parents to use the app.

The Problem

This is not a commissioned project. It is just a way to do a design thinking exercise and force myself to wear the users' shoes and feel their pain. I tried to improve its UI and UX, as well as create a new feature for parents to send messages to the childcare center and or teachers.

Also, I revamped the whole app experience because it looks like the app was pretty outdated and designed for Android and ported to iOS.
