When Avenue Magazine wrote a feature on a woman finding her forever home, they reached out to Valéry. In August 2019, the story followed Delilah’s journey to Alberta Avenue. Along that stretch of road in a beautiful historic neighbourhood, she found the perfect home. Bringing the narrative to life, Valéry’s vibrant illustration helped pull readers in as they flipped through the pages.
