Founder Tactics [1/3]: Design System

Pilot has launched its first ever virtual conference, Founder Tactics, a one day event exclusively for startup founders featuring tactical advice that they can implement immediately in their companies. This design system needed to be built with the Pilot look and feel to maintain brand equity, yet stand on its own - taking inspiration from Zendesks Relate, Atlassian Summit and Slack Frontiers. 

The overall concept builds upon the name “Tactics” by breaking apart our branded dot system to show the pieces that bring it all together, including some elements reminiscent of football plays. By figuring out this system early on, we were able to create over 300 pieces of promotional assets easily and quickly.
